bought mine 2 days ago. went tame riding with my sister yesterday and it was pretty swift considering i had garbage, heavy metal wheels (i only wanted the frame, figured i could always upgrade everything else later on). rode it today for the first day of school, and it did exactly what i wanted it to do like climb pavements around campus. in a country that's not really biker-friendly, people were looking at me like i was crazy or something. i rode through potholes even if i had a cheapo saddle. although i disagree with what others say about the front being heavy enough to prevent it from rising; i experienced that like 3 times.
