Advantages: quality of the wood is superb,as is the feel and pick up.
Disadvantages: can be quite expensive

...over the years, the name gray nicholls is synonymous with quality and they certainly live up to this title with this bat, made to celebrate the millennium. The class of the company is noticed when one considers the number of international cricketers around the globe that endorse their products. Grays and nicholls millenium

Advantages: Very light, good pick up and general good quality
Disadvantages: some players think it is to light.

This bat is an absoloutely brilliant, lightweight well manafactured quality piece of willow. The pick up is good but it does depend of what grade bat you have. The bat is available in different grade stars I have the 5 star which is one of the top bats in the Millenium range, it has a nice sweetspot also and I seem to be able to strike the ball to the boundary fence with that big ping of the bat ohh what a lovely sound that is when the ball hits the ... Advantages: Lightweight, large middle,
Disadvantages: the cost

I have used this bat in the past and thought very highly of it. This perfectly constructed bat is lightweight and moulded excellently. Its large middle and thick edges make it a very forgiving bat. This bat is perfect for not only beginners but right the way up to professional standard. It is a comfortable bat to ply with and a comfortable handle and grip.
