REALLY GOOD ADVERTISEMENTS

Advantages: makes you sweat
Disadvantages: no toning, no fun too big really doesnt deliver results fast

Firstly guys dont expect to have the model figure that the lateral thigh trainer advertises- honestly I'm actually a very fit person, I'm in the top6 in the district in long jump and play for nurmerous clubs- infact I am above the average fitness for my age but I felt fat around the time of my period during the summer holidays. The ads for the LTT is plenty you cant go to any channel with out seeing it adveristised so feeling like "oooh I look as ...
...for £29.99 plus next P&P on edirectory. When I first got it - it was way larger than it said on tv honestly! It cant fit in my 3 door wardrobe!! secondly the handles or resistance bands where suely for me when I first received I just climbed on immediatly after assembling and used as cardio not to only find out I was appaarently suppose to be toning!! it was at the strongest. In the adverts it said that it was fun but really guys I love sports ...

Lateral Thigh Trainer - worth the money?

Advantages: Easy to assemble, simple to use
Disadvantages: Unreliable, doesn't live up to some of its claims

I was lured into buying the Lateral Thigh Trainer with the promise that it was the only exercise machine I would ever need. As well as being able to vary the resistance (from slow to fast) for a cardio or toning workout, it also claimed to be able to tone up your thighs, bottoms, hips and tums. How it works: Unlike traditional steppers which just move up and down, the Lateral Thigh Trainer adds a twisting motion which means you also move from side ...
...target more muscle groups for an efficient workout. Additionally, there is a resistance bar at the front which goes from numbers 1-7. Number one has the most resistance giving an intense toning workout, and number seven has very little resistance. This means you can step faster for a cardio-vascular workout. A calorie counter is included and has the additional features of counting your steps and telling you how long you've been on the machine for. ...

Save your money......

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Poorly made

I bought my stepper from TV Deals for about £40. I used it once and it broke. I sent it back and they sent me another one. The computer didn't work, it would reset but wouldn't count steps or calories or anything it should count but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of going through the returns process again. I used it 3 times more and the resistance thing came apart. I fixed it and used it another twice. It came apart again. At 5ft 9in and ...

Rounded thighs and lush toned bums

Advantages: Easy to use, Great Results, Fun exercise
Disadvantages: It took a long time to get to me

I ordered a LTT 3 months ago, unfortunatly it took them a them 10 weeks and 4 days to send it to me, but that must not put you off the machine, just dont order it from \'YourGym\' if you want it within 3 months. Now back to the product, mine cost £29.99 + £7.99 p & p, it came with power cords and hula hoops, eating plan booklet and DVD, Although it\'s cheaper than the network shopping channels it\'s still the same machine and the same woman off ...
...known as a stepper but is also so much more, it has a twist motion to work different parts of your thighs and upper body. The unique bi-directional movement of the Lateral Thigh Stepper targets multiple muscles from different angles to give you the ultimate workout! Tone your glutes, as your legs move in and out you firm your inner and outer thighs, abs, and obliques at the same time. This unique movement is possible through Lateral Thigh Trainer\'s ...

Quick review of Tristar Lateral Thigh Trainer

I thought this was the greatest thing. I gave up my gym membership and was totally committed to using this every day. At first , it was great, good cardio workout and I felt the burn in my thighs. However.........I also started to have knee pain. I've never had problems with my knees before. The upshot is, I now have a meniscal cartilage tear and am going to need surgery. My knee is agony, I can't drive, walk or use stairs properly. When I told the physio what I had been doing, she was appalled. Please don't buy this, go the gym instead....your future mobility may depend on this decision. ...

Great idea, Bad design

Advantages: Helps lose weight!
Disadvantages: Squeaks so badly!

I was really excited when my Lateral Thigh Trainer arrive and could not wait to set it up. It was quite easy to set up but may not be for some as the instruction manual is very basic. When I first stepped on the machine I was not pleased as it did not seem as though there was any resistance at all after years of trying to find out why and taking it apart I then decide to email the company who had sold me the product-UK Sports Imports. They promptly ...
...apart and apply more resistance using a screwdriver. I was not happy because I should not have to do this with a new product. Ever since I have had this product it has given me nothing but problems and I have to continually fiddle around with it. I now only exercise on it a at the slowest resistance. It has also started to squeak and I can only tolerate it for a certain amount of time. Not all is bad though I have found that my legs and bum are ...

Lateral Thigh Trainer

Advantages: Quick effective workout easy to follow dvd felt and saw almost immediate effects
Disadvantages: A little bit heavy to slide out to use and away after use but advantages outweigh this

I bought my LTT at full price from TV Network. Now, whether other people who bought cut-price ones got cheaper versions, I don't know but mine is of excellent build quality - you feel you could throw it off the top of a building and it would land ready to use. I am no lightweight - was 12 stone when I started - now weigh just under 11 stone and its all thanks to doing just a 20 minute workout every day with the LTT - following the dvd provided with ...
...people who bought 'cheap' versions, is in a proper cover with Brenda Dygraff on the front and my dvd player had no problems playing it - there are no glitches and no language problems. I had no problems with the build quality taking my weight and I had no problems mounting the LTT. You just need to take it easy the first time you step on - after that its easy - you get your balance and you are away. I actually find Brenda Dygraff quite refreshing ...

stepping your way to fitness

Advantages: easy to use in your own home with great results
Disadvantages: some noise and squeeking

While flicking through all of the different shopping channels i always noticed the lateral thigh trainer advertised however i was put off by the price, however last december the prices had gone down and i purchased one off the internet and i have seen a vast improvement in my figure and fittness. I have tried plenty of drastic diets and fitness videos that havent worked and havent had the time to go to the gym, this is just a quick and easier way ...

However after a month or so i did notice abit of squeeking but this can be cleared up with regulary oiling it. it does make some noise but it is well worth the money i lost more weight and toned up that i have done with doing exercise videos ...

Lateral thigh trainer - Really easy to use.

Advantages: Great all round exerciser
Disadvantages: Slightly pricey!

Assembly: The lateral thigh trainer come nearly fully assembled, the only things that need attaching are the non-slip covers for the legs and the stick that adjusts the resistance. I managed to fit it and I'm not that DIY competent! Ease of Use: It is very easy to use once you're on it, I found it a bit daunting getting on at first as my balance was a bit off but I soon got used to getting on and off. Workout: It gives a great cardio-vascular ...
...benefits. It also comes with a great range of toning workouts in the manual, these focus on toning the bottom, thighs and calves. There are also some exercises that incorporate the arms but u mite feel more benefit from these if you use arm weights or dumbbells. The exercise I found most useful was the exercise for toning the bum I cud really feel it working and I did tone up. It is also great fun to do as well, i usually do it while listening to ...

Lateral tigh trainer

Advantages: Small, easy to store, light in weight
Disadvantages: Makes noise and needs oiling.

I bought this machine 2 years ago. I paid £89 on the TV website. Stepper was easy to set up and use. It was squicking a bit, but it wasn't so bad. I exercised quitde often, so after 6 months, the machine broke completely. But still, I thought it will be worth buying another one. I searched the net and found one for £49 from Mochea website. Exited about the price I bought it. From the beginning it made horrible sounds. I hoped I could somehow stop ...
...The sound was unbearable, even though I was stubborn and exercised with ear plugs on. Machine broke after 2 weeks. I'm worried to order another machine as It's a nighmare if you want to return the machine. Still, I liked the stepper because of the convenience. It doesn't take much space, it's not heavy. It can easily be a part of your sitting room. Very convenient as you can watch tv and minutes just fly by.... I believe it's all about how much ...

How can I stop the Squeaking - Grrrrrr

Advantages: Targets inner and outer thighs
Disadvantages: Poor Quality, no video and non stop SQUEAKING

Well I rushed out and nought my lateral thigh trainer about 3 months ago, after seeing the cheesy ad on one of the shopping channels (darn those channels). Now don't get me wrong I'm not someone that can be lured into thinking that thius can be a quick fix to my own wobbly thigh problem, but I did think that it could help somewhat, as an extra to going to the gym about 3 times a week. I bought mine for £39.99 and it came with the pwoer cords aswell, ...
...come with the video of how to use it and all of the different workouts (I've had a look on ebay at them and they are actually selling for quite a bit of money). When the LTT came, I was quite shocked at having to fix some of the bits together myself, and the quality of wasn't that great, but I thought I'd stick with it and see how it goes. If you've got good balance, it's fine for you, but you might want to place a high backed chair in front of ...

STEP UP TO SOME FUN?

Advantages: compact, easy to use
Disadvantages: occasionally noisy, my abs didnt get workout from trainer

WHAT IT DOES The lateral thigh trainer is a step machine for your home. Its slightly different because instead of stepping up and down. It steps out to the side (like a skiing motion) this is intended to work your abs and obliques. You can opt to get stretchy bands to attach to your lateral thigh trainer so you can work your arms. It has different speed settings so you can do an aerobic workout or a muscle tonning workout on the high setting (settings ...
...with the trainer which have lots of handy information on different workouts and troubleshooting any problems. You also get a computer to attach to your lateral thigh trainer to count your steps/calories/time spent on machine and strides per minute. WHAT I THOUGHT OF IT For what it does the lateral thigh trainer is nice and compact you can tuck it away in a corner without to much trouble. I found it easy to use and watched tele or listened to music ...

It can be got for £20 special offer at the moment inc delivery. You have to get used to it as with all exercisers but if you persevere you will benefit from this machine. It is well made.
