Advantages: brilliant with mates, excercise and have fun at the same time
Disadvantages: some may find hard to pickup but youll get it

I recently purchased one of these ingenious little toys to see what all the fuss was about, Id heard so much about them and how addictive they were but never actually tried one. Advantages: Helps aid in recovery of hand strength/wrist mobility, fun, addictive.
Disadvantages: Difficult to put down.

The NSD Amber Pro Screamer Powerball is indeed a great fun item when competing against your friends in a test of power and stamina, but don't let this fool you into thinking that that is its only application. A few months ago, I damaged my wrist in several places after a nasty accident and during the time it took to recover, I had lost a great deal of strength and mobility in my hand and wrist.
