Advantages: Trusted brand, forgiving Disadvantages: Heavy, akward to keep clean
...in my choosing of the Nike were the price, they were a lot cheaper then the Taylor Mades and looked more durable than the MacGregor.
I was able to try out a 6 iron at my local range and instantly the difference was obvious. Maybe it's to do with the advances in club technology but they just gave a sweeter shot than my Great White's did. I was able to get the ball up higher straight away and it would drop pretty much where I wanted it to.
