Advantages: Manage your heart rate to a very high level
Disadvantages: I wouldnt use this watch if I wanted to measure how far I had run

...(ask your gym). In terms of polar watches this watch has alot to give, with a pc program to upload your information, and a online facility there are lots of things you can do with the information. But for me I don't need to monitor my heart rate, I just want to measure how far I have ran. This watch doesnt do this to a high enough standard, the process is too complex.
