...Before turning the Rio Body Builder on you have to apply some conductive gel on to the pads. A tube of gel comes with the set, but you can order more when you have run out. You get some straps that go around your waist to hold the pads in place. There is a dial at the front of the machine that you turn slowly until you have found the desired level. The machine when switched on, sends electrical pulses to the pads which stimulate the muscles to work ... ...just a tingling sensation. It does hurt when you have it on the highest level but you should work up to this level.
You can have it on the lowest setting for a massage effect or stronger to build prominent muscles.
You can exercise your muscles whilst watching television, whilst ironing, anywhere! The sessions take about 30 minutes.
This product does work.
Athletes use a similar machine when the have had an injury and have to rebuild the muscle. ...
