...the same technology as the rio belt but a fraction of the cost. Sceptical as i am, i saw this product advertised on TV, they showed people using this belt that contracts your muscles and then relaxes them, without any effort on your behalf, now i could see that as the ladies and gents in the commercial were using it their stomach muscles were really contracting hard, i thought they were putting it on, how i was wrong. Don't be put of by the thought of plugging yourself into the Mians with a set of 10 wets electrical pads. It may sound dangerous but actually it is very easy, safe and does work very well. You have to make sure that the place the pads over specific muscle groups ie the abdomen, and you have to ake sure that the accompanying straps are quite tight, but after that you can sit back and the sytem does all the work for you.
