The Slendertone flex is the latest in slendertone's range of faradic exercisers. The one I have is for the abdominals although they also now have a flex for the bum and thighs which you wear like a pair of shorts. The tummy one is great. I have had 5 children and a bad back so the usual round of sit ups and crunches are no longer feasible for me. I came across the Slendertone Flex in a magazine and thought I had misread the claims! It claims to do the equivalent of 300 situps (or something like that!) in 30 minutes with no effort required. I'd bought a Rio Slim Gym a few years back, and gave up because the wires and gel were too fiddly! The slendertone flex is a fantastic idea, tone your muscles whilst relaxing or watching TV, Iuse it whilst jogging and it's brilliant after one week my Abs are alot firmer, but this product should not be relied on for losing weight, this is the area in which it was not made for!
