I have used this gym for over 7 years and never had any problems with the gym whatsoever. Yes, I was capable of setting the gym up by myself, even though I weigh 72 kilos. I didn't even need a cousin to help. That's great, since we live 2000 miles apart. It looks like if you weigh less than 70 kilos, you may need to find yourself a cousin or two. Vic
