Advantages: Easily stored, light, can be done anywhere in the house Disadvantages: bit boring, little variation in exercises
I bought this crunch trainer after having my first daughter, I tried deting etc but just couldnt loose those extra pounds, and it all seemed to be around my tummy. I found it priced quite reaonably against other fitness products, and it is fairly compact and can be stored easily.
