...the main reasoning behind my York Weights bench purchase.
York make a variety of weights benches from the basic rigid one piece bench, right up to the full adjustable, multi functional benches with weights supplied.
My bench is somewhere in the middle and costs £120. They start as little as about £50 though and go up to £350+!!!
So what is my bench made of?
It is made from Rigid steel Tubing that can easily support the weight of yourself and ... ...great bench. Sure you can use a bench from a breakfast table if you want but it is not going to be as good or as safe as a proper weights bench.
