Due to the nature of my work I used to have a bit of spare time during the day, so I filled it in by going to the local gym.
This had 2 purposes , 1, it got me from under my wifes feet, and 2, it helped keep me fit .
But due to unforeseen family problems I can not get to the gym as much any more , so I had to find an alternative method of keeping fit at home.

The machine works on the principal of using your own body weight against you so creating resistance.
This is achieved in varying stages , The bench is inclined and the angle can be raised so increasing the percentage of your body weight you are using against your self, i.e. at the lowest incline you are using 25% there is another 5 stages of incline building up to 50% of your own body weight.
