Advantages: comfortable, stylish
Disadvantages: leaking water

These boots were my best leather riding boots so far. I bought the first pair 4 years ago in Devon and I they lasted me 3 years. I wear them about 4 times a week. They have a nice long leg, stay up and last very well. The tread is not very heavy, good in the stirrup but a bit slippery on wet grass. I don't know if I was unlucky, but my pair leaked at the knee after 3 uses. I found them very cumbersome to wear, I didn't really want to walk in them (I know they are for riding but once you are out in the wet you might as well catch your horse in them). Harry Hall took over making the stylo boots a few years ago and have re-developed them. due to convienience of leaving my boots at the yard and currently being at equine college i have these boots as my main riding wear due to lots of walking around.
