Review of Just Chaps Hi-Vis

Just Chaps won me over. Come up like new every time.

Advantages: Great design and value. Best of all they wash in the machine - no oiling or scrubbing!
Disadvantages: NONE

...buy more pairs. The Just Chaps Summer Cool are ideal as I live in southern Spain. They have survived sweat, salt water (from the sea) and mud to come up like new every time I have chucked them in the washing machine. My legs don´t ´melt´ and as chaps they give the extra stability and protection you want in the saddle - especially if you ride in the bramble-filled countryside that I do! Harry hall ladies faro boots great

Advantages: comfortable, stylish
Disadvantages: leaking water

These boots were my best leather riding boots so far. I bought the first pair 4 years ago in Devon and I they lasted me 3 years. I wear them about 4 times a week. They have a nice long leg, stay up and last very well. The tread is not very heavy, good in the stirrup but a bit slippery on wet grass. Disadvantages: cumbersome, leaked, not sure grip

I don't know if I was unlucky, but my pair leaked at the knee after 3 uses. I found them very cumbersome to wear, I didn't really want to walk in them (I know they are for riding but once you are out in the wet you might as well catch your horse in them). They didn't really have the sure-grip which they advertised, the seat is quite hard, not rubbery as I expected. After four uses and £40 paid I am going to throw them out. The place we keep our horse is rather open country side and there is seldom days that there is not a wind blowing. In the winter it is rather cold what with the wind, rain and snow.
