Don't be put of by the thought of plugging yourself into the Mians with a set of 10 wets electrical pads. It may sound dangerous but actually it is very easy, safe and does work very well. You have to make sure that the place the pads over specific muscle groups ie the abdomen, and you have to ake sure that the accompanying straps are quite tight, but after that you can sit back and the sytem does all the work for you. Its best to have the pulse up as high as you can stand with out pain. You will not get any results unless you have it up so that you can feel fairly strong contractions on every pulse. Follow these simple guidlines and this product will give you great results.
