If any of you out there watch commercial's on TV when there is nothing on, which usually with sky and cable there isn't then you may have already seen this product advertised. Its the ABgymnic electronic gymnastic device. It uses the same technology as the rio belt but a fraction of the cost. Sceptical as i am, i saw this product advertised on TV, they showed people using this belt that contracts your muscles and then relaxes them, without any effort on your behalf, now i could see that as the ladies and gents in the commercial were using it their stomach muscles were really contracting hard, i thought they were putting it on, how i was wrong.
So a few months after seeing the advert and really i had forgoton about it, i had signed up on ebay. There it was, on the featured list, the abgymnic muscle toning belt... £6.50 inc P+P? I thought 'no way, they were selling them on the TV for £20' but it was true so i decided to order one, well six pounds how could i posibly lose out? Ordered on a friday, it arrived first class on saturday, what a quick service! eagerly i opened th package to find a rather small box, upon opening the box inside was a brand new control unit a belt with the electro pads on, and 2 belt straps, 1 for the arms and legs and one for the stomach, all attatched with velcro, also incuded was a 10ml tube of water based gel, using this on the pads is necessary, otherwise it will not work basically.
Ok, so now i have it all set up, and i have it around my waste with plenty gel on the conducting pads i pressed on/higher button to get the device going, i then selected one of the 6 modes the device has prebuilt in to tone the muscles at different levels, i felt a slight tingly sensation, then as i pressed the on/higher button more i felt my muscles contract on there own! i was very suprised, this was actually tiring out my muscles as if i was doing situps, RESULT! a product from the television that actually works! i have been using it for about a week now and i can see and feel the results already. You can use this device on your legs and arms too, i had it strapped on my arm and it was quite amusing, because it contracts youre muscle's it actually moves your arm up and down for you, so if my arm was straight it would move up in the air, quite interesting and feels funny, but again it does produce results.
This product could be for you, the only reason why it wouldnt is if you are expecting a Arnie six-pack, this product will not produce them results, but, it will tone your muscle's and if you see it for a long time over a period (no more than stated in the manual) then it will get your six pack youve always wanted. A great product and a great price, recommended
