Rio Slim Gym Slim You i hear you say, yes this could be you with determination and commitment. My friend kept rabbiting on about this product she had bought you would swear she was on commision. After she had fetched it over and electrocuted the family we were so impressed we went out and bought one it cost us £99.99.Alot of money? not if you use it as you will feel the result's even if you cant see them. It comes in it's own little carry-case so can be kept together at all times. You use a gel on the 10 pad's that you strap to different muscles of your body which you want to firm up, if you send off for more gel it can be quite pricey, i bought one of the botanical gel's in Boot's which does do the same thing all you need is to conduct the pad's with the electricity.
You have to put the gel on the pad's place the pad's on which ever muscles then strap's, you then plug these into the control unit.MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS ON MINIMUM when you start but you will find out rather quickly if you dont.... then you just sit on a chair or lay on the bed with a book or the TV on and let the system do the work usually about 20 min's until you get use to it. The following day you will feel like you have done a workout, definitely an easier way to tone those muscles.DO read the do's and dont's they are put there for a reason especially medical reason's such as pregnancy, epilepsy, heart disorder's, moles etc....
