Survival Kit

Advantages: small and compact size, durable tools
Disadvantages: tools may be too small for those with big hands

pocket knife with a white cross scutcheon logo. The most handy tools in this knife? The blade, scissors and corkscrew! SwissCard Lite is a flat (3mm thick) credit-card sized case containing 6 removable tools and 3 built-in tools that can be always handy to have in your pocket or handbag as it contains basic survival agents such as blade, light and pen. Now let's have a closer look at the smart things. Blade - they also call it a letter opener, but I prefer a blade, since I believe 99.5% of humans don't really need a tool to open a letter. It's pointy, 3.9cm long from the tip to base which is embedded in a flat plastic handle that bears the Victorinox logo and a notch to make it easy to pull the blade out as it clicks into its place in the case quite firmly. Advantages: accessories, ease of use, price
Disadvantages: for some the size might be a put-off

has a clock and temperature reader. At any point in my journey I can just look down and check the time or when standing outside the school I can know just who cold it is! The wheels turn easily and smoothly. It used to be that some 4-wheel buggies were hard to navigate but this one has no trouble turning a corner. Just to give you an idea I was in town today with my usual Starbucks in one hand and piloting the buggy with the other. I purchased my Graco travel system from Babies R Us for £260 and there was a promotion to get the £100 accessories pack free. There are various Quattro Tour systems and at very different prices. I think the cheapest of which is around £150. The accessories pack made it so I had the buggy itself, the car seat, one car base, changing bag, foot cosy, carrycot attachment, and rain cover. Was a great deal and I saw ...

A Tour of La Tour

Advantages: Great views, beautiful at night
Disadvantages: Not good if you're frightened of heights, there are better views of the city,

around a corner and the Tour Eiffel stood majestically before him. Ah oui... Histoire de la Tour Eiffel There's something magical about the Tour Eiffel. It's become the symbol of Paris, the symbol of France itself, and yet it was never meant to stand for more than a year. It was originally supposed to be erected in Barcelona, but plans designed by Gustave Eiffel were rejected. Construction finally began in Paris, where the tower was to create an entrance archway for the Exposition Universelle in 1889. 120 years later...and the Eiffel Tower continues to stand the test of time, despite being branded an eyesore by many of the great French names of the day. One of its greatest critics was Guy de Maupassant, the French writer who allegedly dined at one of the Eiffel Tower's restaurant every day as it was the only place in Paris where he ...
