Advantages: Durable and effective Disadvantages: Very tricky to fit, poor design, inadequate instructions
Background
For commuting I have built up a spare mountain bike frame, into a rufty-tufty singlespeed for hacking round town, up and down pavements, and being thrown into the major entanglement that passes for the bike compartment on the train.
Originally I was only going to ride in the dry, until I realised that by taking the bike I could leave 15 minutes later in the morning, and get home 30 minutes earlier in the evening. This was too good a thing to pass up just because I might get wet.
Did some research, asked a mate, and brought myself a nice new shiny pair of SKS chromoplastic mudguards in a very fetching black.
What's in the box?
The mudguards arrived attractively displayed on a flat cardboard panel, meaning they could easily get scratched in the mail.
The mudguards are made by sandwiching a thin ...
Advantages: Keep you dry; Quick to put on and take off Disadvantages: Ugly (if you don't like mudguards); Can rub paintwork

The bottom of the 'U' is placed on the back of each seat stay (the tubes running from behind the saddle to the middle of the wheel) and each fork. Rubber strips then attach to hooks on the sides of the bottom of the 'U' and stretch ...
Advantages: does exactly what is says on the tin Disadvantages: none
I cannot for the life of me,understand why people keep wasting their well earned cash on all these new fangled deodorants. The advertising is constantly claiming that one is better than the other and that their present product is far supirior than that of their last.
If this is the case... then just what was wrong with their last product and why did'nt they tell us about its faults at the time.
I have now been using arrid x-tradry on and off for years now...
and trying lots of other brands intermitantly...
However... I always end up comming back to the arrid (original) and have never found any other brand or product to surpass it... so take my advice and save wasting your well earned cash.... just buy arrid... you cant go wrong. ...
