Advantages: Beautiful places to visit Disadvantages: None
High Force and also Low Force Waterfalls are places I have visited many times over the years.
Situated in Middleton-in-Teesdale, not far from both Raby or Barnard Castle, the waterfalls are a great place to visit for a day out, or as part of a drive through the stunning countryside in the area.
High Force is without a doubt one of the most impressive waterfalls in England. The River Tees has been plunging into this gorge for thousands of years, but the rocks it reveals are even older, and date back over 300 million years!
You will find High Force located along the B6277, 4 miles from Middleton-in -Teesdale. It is well signposted, just follow the brown tourist signs.
You will come to a car park where you will be charged £2.00 to park your car. You then take the woodland walk, which will take you to the waterfall.

Advantages: The rise of neo-classical metal, great guitar playing, fine vocal performances Disadvantages: Production values ain't great, inaccessible for some
*A review of Rising Force by Yngwie J. Malmsteen, which was intended as a quick review but I was forced to post as standard?*
'Rising Force', is seen as being responsible for the rise of Neo-Classical Metal; in Yngwie J. Malmsteen's debut solo album, he shows super speed and skill in his guitar playing, and with the distinctive Strat tone comes his wide violin-like vibrato. But it?s not entirely electric ? the album is enriched by acoustic guitars which ?Rising Force? begins and ends on.
Edited highlights:
1. Black Star ? the opener is my favourite track off the album, I love the neighing guitar licks which kick in after the acoustic-into-electric buildup.
2. Far Beyond The Sun - the guitar and keyboard solo interchanges.
5. Icarus' Dream Suite Op. 4 - the medievil acoustic figure for the final section.
6. As Above, So Below ...
I recently received a PSP as a present, and went to buy a few games for it. Now, call it sensible, or call it nerdy, I always research the games that i am going to buy at sites like Gamespot. Pursuit force scored very highly with them, and also received some great feedback from members there. That was enough for me, and i bought a copy immediately. I was able to pick it up for peanuts on ebay, I think it cost me about four quid.
The game itself is produced by bigbig, and puts you in the guise of a newly recruited cop, in the new pursuit force team. You are there to battle against the five gangs that are wreaking havoc in the city. You are given a series of missions to complete, and they are generally set against the clock. This makes the game very difficult, as you not only have to complete the objectives of that mission, but also ...
