Its a snap for this Powerchain

Advantages: Cheap, shifts well, excellent joining link
Disadvantages: Can suffer chain breakages

-snap-snap Derailleur systems have over the years added more and more gears to the clusters. A few years ago 8 speed was cutting edge. Now 9 speed is standard for mountain bikes, and road bikes have hit 11 speed. Initially extra gears were accommodated simply by adding more cogs to the cluster. Making the wheels wider and dishing them more squeezed on another gear. 9 speed and above needed thinner cogs, and ever narrower chains. If you read the reviews on 8 speed chains, there are virtually no complaints about chains snapping. Read the reviews for 9 speed chains used on mountain bikes and you get problems with chains snapping. They typically break under low pedalling pressure, and after the chain has been in use for a few months. I have not read a satisfactory explanation as to how a chain could snap like that. Fairly good value but limited durability

Advantages: Cheapish
Disadvantages: Heavy, Poor durability

Simple. A bike in regular use gradually deteriorates, and the drivetrain (front and rear cogs and chain) is no exception. The chain stretches, and this causes the teeth on the cassette to wear down. This eventually leads to the chain jumping under load, and until I could manage to get the money together to buy a new ...

Review of Shimano HG50 Deore 9speed Cassette

Speed

Advantages: Action packed bomb movie
Disadvantages: none really

. Would I recommend watching this???? Yes I certainly would. In all, a great movie with enough action to keep the audience wondering what lies around the corner. The story is well written and the action is good. It is well acted by all, especially Dennis Hopper who plays his role as the mad bomber to perfection, almost as if he was a real life mad man with a knowledge of explosives. **Speed movie official sound track.** Speed by Billy Idol Mr Speed by Kiss Like a motorway by Saint Etienne Rescue me by Pat Benatar Hard road by Rod Stewart Cot by Carnival Strippers Crash by Ric Ocasek Go outside and drive by Blues Traveler A million miles away by Plimsouls Cars by Gary Numan Let's go for a drive by Cracker Soul Deep by Gin Blossoms ...
