Advantages: Smart, Leather seeted Breeches for in the saddle elegance
Disadvantages: none really, white does get filthy tho!

...I got these when other pair of show breeches gave up the ghost, and I couldn't be bothered to repair them anymore! Just Toggs Grand Prix breeches are fantastic. They have a Clarino leather full seat, and are fully machine washable! Hurrah! AND they were not too pricey! RRP £60. Last Christmas mine were approximately £57.99, so look around and find the best price! I've got a few Just Toggs items and there products are pretty good, middle of the road price ranges. They are 80% cotton, 12% spandex and 8% lycra. (The bits without the leather on that is). They come in 5 different colours, White- the ones I have, fawn- the ones in the product picture, Cranberry, Blue and Black. ...& plunge pool for the brave, all these areas are beside the 75m pool which is separated into lanes & a general area. After you're swim you can relax in the bar/restaurant which serves a good selection of healthy meals along with a full selection of drinks, the bar is equipped with two TV's, plenty of seating & daily newspapers are provided. The changing rooms are really spacious with Plenty of showers & generous lockers all controlled via your own personal magnetic wrist band, which you also use to swipe in & out of the building. Costs. The joining fee when we joined was £300 for both of us. Monthly membership is £52 each. I'm pretty sure that the joining fee varies depending on what offers are on the table, so you need to contact you're local greens. Advantages: Full Abdominal Workout, Easy Storage, No Neck Strain, Easily Adjustable Resistance
Disadvantages: Seat isn't exactly the most comfortable!

At this juncture I must point out that I find this system quite fun, as it allows for a certain stretch of creativity, and is not monotous like many other systems, which only allow movement in one direction. As the system is upright, it works on your own body mass to provide the workout. To adjust resistance, all you need to do is move your seating position in the seat. The closer to the front you are, the more work you have to do to lift your body, and therefore the more intense the workout you have to do! The upright seating position (I'm a big fan of this, if you haven't already gathered! :P) also allows the user to exercise whilst doing other things, like watching T.V.
