Advantages: Some comedy amongst the tragedy, quirky Disadvantages: Some will find it too depressing and dull
...Ilona and Lauri both have reasonably good jobs in Helsinki: Ilona is a head waiter, Lauri is a tram driver. Then they both get made redundant within a few weeks of each other. Lauri refuses to sign on and, already in debt, they are plunged into despair. Searching for jobs is no easy feat, especially when Lauri finds out that he is deaf in one ear and will never be able to drive again. Can they come to terms with their predicament, or will it be the ruin of their relationship?
Directed by famous Finnish director Aki Kaurismaki, Drifting Clouds is typical of many of his films - it provides a depressing view of Finland and the Finnish, interspersed with a little unexpected and gentle humour. Advantages: utterly unique - an amazing album Disadvantages: extremely hard to get into
...How do you go about describing something that is utterly unique?
I can guarantee you will never have heard an album quite like The Drift. Not even previous Scott Walker albums prepare the listener for the experience of The Drift. It is, quite simply, the most beautiful, the most emotional, the most intense and the downright scariest album you will ever hear.
I can't even imagine what was going through Scott's mind to compose and create such songs. The music is an uneasy mix of conventional instruments, bass, guitar, drums, with orchestral instruments and thoroughly unconventional sounds - on one track the percussionist is thumping a side of meat, on another concrete blocks are used.
Lyrically Scott seems to be trying to convey the horror of war and terrorism with oblique asides concerning 9/11, the deaths of both Mussolini...

Advantages: Cool Cars, An exciting film Disadvantages: Nothing like the first 2
...A film directed by Justin Linand written by Chris Morgan which was released in Summer 2006.
Rated a PG for reckless and illegal behavior involving teens, violence, language and sexual content.
This film runs for 104 minuetes which is not to long and enough time to have a really good story line
The sequel to Fast and Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious, al these films are about illegal streetracing and the car scene.
The Fast And The Furious - Tokyo Drift is about a 17year old lad (Shaun) whos into cars, he gets into quite a lot of trouble everywhere he lives and him and his mother have to keep leaving town to stop Shaun from getting into more trouble.
He ends up in a race with a rich lad and his girlfriend and ends up back facing leaving yet another town, his mother doesn't want to keep moving so sends him away to Tokyo to live...
