Advantages: Guaranteed result Disadvantages: A bit more expensive
Have you already heard about the brand Gore-Tex? I read time ago some good things about it in a magazine and the last autumn I purchased boots having this brand that was introduced more than 25 years ago.Today, GORE-TEX® fabric is known worldwide for extreme-weather protection that keeps you dry and comfortable from head to toe. I would like to approach to you some facts about this brand because after having Gore-Tex branded socks and shoes I became a real supporter of shoes and garments that guarantee quality.
And afterwards I will add my experience with a GORE-TEX item.
First I made a research in Wikipedia and here is the result:

Advantages: long lasting, ideal changing weather Disadvantages: you get so used to wearing them you don't like going out in your heels!
These are the third pair of Salomonshoes I?ve owned and I don?t think I will ever buy a different brand of walking shoe again. My last pair lasted over three years with consistent use but not until the very end did they show any sign of their age.
I also, and I know this is a very personal preference, find them much more attractive than a normal trainer. ...
Advantages: comfortable, better fitting shoes at reasonable prices Disadvantages: limited range, most of them are quite ugly
First let me explain ?scone shoes.? Hence my friends groaningly called them my ?scone shoes? and walked several yards behind me on the way to the pub every night.
They were very comfy! However, they fell apart after a couple of years of continuous wear, and once gone, same said friends took me shopping to some ?proper? shoe shops in Glasgow and I never once consulted my Shoe Tailor catalogue again.
That was about eight years ago, and although I?m not exactly old and doddery yet, I am finding shoes to be ...
