I live in a hilly area and don’t have a car and therefore do a lot of walking, not only are they incredibly comfortable but they keep my feet dry in the wettest of weather but at the same time circulate air and therefore I’ve never had the ‘smelly trainer’ problem. Basically they are warm and dry in winter and cool in the summer. ...above I’ve also wear them for more challenging walking, for example coastal path walks.
My last pair lasted over three years with consistent use but not until the very end did they show any sign of their age.
I also, and I know this is a very personal preference, find them much more attractive than a normal trainer. ... more

As well as the everyday use mentioned above I’ve also wear them for more challenging walking, for example coastal path walks.
My last pair lasted over three years with consistent use but not until the very end did they show any sign of their age.
