Advantages: Strong Frame and Wheels, Tyres do not let go Disadvantages: None really!!
Bought this bike with my work cycle to work scheme.
A great buy from Halfords.
Excellent speck for the price and a very strong bike. I'm 18st 10 (253 ibs) and in my opinion this bike can handle this weight easily.
Great colour Black with like a Pearlesent White, Very good speck components, Shimano Deore derauillers and Sram Truvatic Crank.
Hydrolic Brakes and Discs. These will stop you instantly and do tare a little time to get used to or a flight over the bars could come along. These sqeak when covered in Muck and Water for the first few occasions, but when used this disapates.
Wheels are Alex DP17 rims, Strong, Maxxis Ingnitor Tyres Grip like hell.
Suntour XCR forks are ok for Cross Country riding, Not a great Jump fork, but hey Im no Jumper! (I think that if yoiu are lighter than me you could have some safe landings with these ...
Advantages: Aluminium Frame, Good gear set, looks ace! Disadvantages: no rear suspension
This bike has got fantastic geometry and is therefor a very comfortable ride. The tripple triange frame is very solid and the bike goes where you point it. When i bought the bike it came with 27 gears, cable disc brakes,(which will soon be upgraded), and some decent shocks. So far i love it!!
the bike looks ace too. What a visually pleaseing piece of design.
Great bike to upgrade. Starting components are reasonable as u get what u pay for, in this case a great frame and some slightly shady parts. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the components if u r an occasional MTBer but if u go offroad lots you'll need stronger components which can handle rougher stuff than the RST's it comes with as standard. ...
Advantages: Denzel Washington Disadvantages: Everything Else
A good actor can make even the dullest of films seem satisfying. That is true of Denzel Washington, who scene after scene single-handedly manages to make The Taking Of Pelham 123 at least watchable from start to finish.
Washington, in his fourth collaboration with director Tony Scott (Crimson Tide, Man On Fire, Deja Vu), stars as Walter Garber, a dispatcher for the Manhattan Transit Authority. He gets roped into being a terrorist negotiator when a mysterious gunman named Ryder (John Travolta) and his men take control of the New York City subway 6 train and its passengers, demanding $10 million in exchange for their lives.
I liked the opening, which consisted of Scott's hyper-kinetic visuals and Jay-Z's '99 Problems', but that was the only point that I honesty felt excited about the outcome of the film.
It's not that I dislike hijack ...
