Such a lot of the meat that we buy today has very little taste attached to it, sadly the animals are force fed and the meat hits the supermarket shelf as soon as the animal has been slaughtered, hence the meat is given no time to hang to gather taste. If I am buying meat for a special occasion then a visit to my local butchers is on the cards, he can provide some good organic meat but it comes at a high price. Like us all I buy chicken and red meat from the supermarket and just hope that I can inject some flavour into it myself. I am sure that most larders are bulging with sauces, granules and bottles of flavouring.

Posh restaurants intrigue me as I have never really dined in one. I have read the reviews in local and weekend newspapers and slathered over the descriptions of divine sounding dishes. However I have also tutted over the prices commanded by these prestigious establishments. I do know the chefs have more experience and the ingredients used are generally better but is the mark up on meals actually justified?

Where do I start! A legendary film!
I used to watch the video of this that I had when I was really young at my Nan's and I found it again on Price I paid - £9.99
It's a 1982/3 film about 3 BMX crazed teenagers who find a set of walkie-talkies that unknown to them reveal a plot by the 'Goons' (bad guys) to rob a bank.
87 minutes duration.
Setting: Manly, Australia.
The BMX Kids named PJ, Goose and Judy (Nicole Kidman) take the walkie-talkies that they discover and after 'investigation' they find themselves in trouble with the bad guys and are chased on a high speed BMX vs. Car chase throughout the film.
The kids report to the police the findings they have made and secretly plot an ambush to get the Goons caught. To do this they round up all the BMX riders in the area and arm them with flour for ammunition.
