Advantages: Some interesting product design Disadvantages: Very poor quality products and appalling customer service
Expert Verdict is part of Scotts of Stow. This is an appalling supplier. They take orders for products that are out of stock with long delivery times. Who is the 'Expert' who gives the verdicts? The product quality is poor and one item was damaged. The Dent Removal Kit is laughable - more 'Heath Robinson' than 'Expert'! The kit was returned by First Class post and of course the 'Experts' have said that it has not arrived! The customer service function is totally unhelpful and disinterested. The customer service person sounded very disappointed that we had kept our proof of postage but they still would not help even though we sent it to them as REQUESTED BY THEM! The 150ml bottle is also translucent, allowing you to see how much of the remover is left.

It will apparently sweep away the last traces of make up so that skin is clean and ready for moisturising. It is frangrance and lanolin free and dermatologically tested so i am ready for something very gentle as promised.
PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...
The lotion comes in a 200ml plastic bottle which like all of the Boots Expert range is quite simple and not at all fancy with the bottle being clear and instructions and information on the back of the bottle.
The screw on/off lid reveals the toner which As expected, is completely ...
