Before going to the London International Dive Show, I knew I wanted this torch. I had read the reviews and even seen it in action at Stoney Cove dive centre. This was a well built, well priced rechargeable torch with all the trimmings. The Shockwave is bundled with a host of accessories. Four type D batteries are given for backup power, plus the rechargable unit with mains charger, a spare bulb, lanyard, the torch itself, instructions and good contact/warranty ...

Though heavy above surface, it has a good weight in the water and is very slightly negatively bouyant, meaning it stays to hand and doesn't fly up while on the move.
