Advantages: easily accessible, no queuing, plenty to see Disadvantages: bit pricey
After a poor experience at the Blue Planet Aquarium early last year, when my new fella suggested to take me to the Birmingham Sealife Centre on our first date I agreed politely because it was nice to see someone actually trying to make an effort and do something a little bit different for a change instead of the old ..let's go for a beer!!
The Birmingham National Sealife Centre has been open since 1996 and as we all know there are many of these across the country and also across Europe too, although I had never actually been to one until now. The Sealife Centre itself was first established in 1979 and opened its doors to the first aquarium in Scotland. At that particular time they open had the like of tropical fish, however of the years, the company has seen improvements and new additions to the various sealife centres.
To me this ...
Advantages: If you love sealife then you will probably like this Disadvantages: Once you have seen it you have seen it all.
The sealife centre Blackpool is one of our favourite places to go with our daughter Lauretta who is now 8 months old. She loves looking at the fish and taps her fingers on the glass trying to catch a fish then stares in amazement when she realises she can't. It costs a lot of money if you haven't got a pass so you could not go all the time. We are very fortunate that we got a pass by saving up Evening Gazette tokens and then going down to pay £2.00 per adult whilst the offer was on. We have used the pass several times and it lets us in as many times as we want to go for free. This pass lasts a year and then we have to renew it.
We love the Sealife Centre, but there isn ...
Advantages: Efficient, well made .reputation for reliability Disadvantages: not cheap
Well after 2.5 years and many breakdowns i have finally given up on my hoover washing machine and taken delivery of a bosch maxx 1100 spin washing machine.
The machine cost me £420 from a local supplier,it is available for only £343 was the cheapest price i found via www.pricerunner.com.I decided to purchase it from a local shop due to their excellent customer service free delivery and they take away the old machine too.
The bosch maxx so called i believe due to the fact that it takes a 6kg load rather than the industry average of 5kg.
As you probably know for a while now all electrical appliances are rated for their energy efficiency from A-E A being the most efficient and E being the most wasteful.Well the bosch maxx scores A on both energy efficiency and uses very little water per load.
The wash programmes are very simple ...
