Playing Ridge Racer really rams home just how far handheld gaming has come in such a short time. As a technical showpiece for the PSP, it?s a hugely impressive launch title and more importantly, feels completely at home on a portable. I love cheese, well most cheeses and in particular strong cheddar, and I have on numerous occasions in the past perused the wares of McLelland the most superior producers of Seriously Strong cheese. In doing so I have an ever-increasing admiration for their most excellent cheese.
It makes a great cheese sandwich and is a great addition to the top of my other favourite Lasagne. I didn?t think it possible that they could improve on this superior cheddar type cheese.
