I've had this derailleur for a short time after upgrading from 'sora'. the difference? night and day ... the sora worked well enough but needed near constant attention. the ultegra is flawless in shifts and shows no need for fiddling to get things right. a very beautiful and clean piece of engineering indeed. a word of caution, after installation, the ultegra takes a few miles to break itself in. so ride a few hours and then it starts to work magnificently. ...
