Shimano Saint Disc Brakes M800. Brakes Disc. Commitment without restraint is a dangerous ... more
path. Your will to say yes is only as strong as your ability to say no. Saint is the last word in stopping power. Opposed hydraulic dual pistons put the squeeze on...
Advantages: Excellent lever feel, stopping power, durability Disadvantages: when they squeel, they REALLY squeel
I've been mountain biking for many years now and over time I've tried a wide array of braking systems on my various bikes. I was always a huge fan of Avid's braking products and had test ridden a number of bikes with their Juicy discs on before deciding on the right bike for me and taking the plunge into speccing my own custom build. The bike was to be a Yeti 575 and the brake choice came down to the Hope Mono minis (as fitted to my Orange), Avid Juicys and the Shimano XT. I chose Shimano for various reasons and the following review will hopefully outline why I took this course of action over the much hyped Hope and Avids.
Having tested various systems on demo bikes around the country, it seemed to me that there was little to choose between the braking characteristics of my shortlisted products. However, the Shimano just edged it ...
Advantages: Reception quality on Orange is very good, full slide out QWERTY keyboard Disadvantages: Battery life is almost nonexistent, inferior to the HTC TyTN 2
I first purchased this phone around 6 months ago and at first was very impressed. The M800 runs on Windows Mobile 6 which is a fantastic operating system for any phone to run on considering all the applications for business and pleasure that are compatible. In my opinion however the M800 really doesn't do Windows Mobile any favours. Problems started after only having the phone for a month, I almost daily now have to soft restart the phone and although I have very few applications loaded onto the phone it can take around 3 to 4 minutes to load up completely, obviously this is not only frustrating but also very counterproductive. Alongside having to reset this phone every day I have to charge it every night, the battery just about lasts a full day on standby and runs out before I even make it to the charger if I start using the built in Wi ...
Advantages: Long Lifespan, LED Notifications, Quality Laser, Silent Clicks, Comfortable to Hold Disadvantages: Wired, Complex LED Email
The BenQ M800 Mouse is an outstanding combination of style and quality marketed at a reasonable price.
This review covers the major aspects of the mouse including extra functions, laser quality, mobility and clicks, design and service length.
The mouse came in a pretty box with an USB cable, a PS/2 adapter, installation CD and manual.
I'm a very picky person and checked out mice in four different IT chains before buying this one. Because I'm a desktop PC owner, the fact that it is wired was a plus (it meant no recharging). Laptop owners might find this a restraint.
LED
Its major advantage is the LED light that can be selected out of three colours: red, green and blue. The colours are functionable, for the mouse can be programmed to flash a different light at a specified rate when you get a new ...
