When you were little your mum used to take you to the shoe shop and as she chose those very sensible shoes you’d be looking at the window were the biggest most ‘cool’ pair of shoes you’d ever seen lived. But your mum would always say ‘they are not good shoes little eatcha’ they are only for people with too much money. You’d swear blind they were good and that you’d care for them for ever !!! (yeh right, were is that football!)

Well now you can prove your mum wrong ! Good shoes, good looks, and you can play football in them too !.! LoL.

“Why” your mum says what a waste, you could have bought something so much more useful like that sweat carry case so when you hit 15 you’d look like a blimp. “and I bet they don’t support your feet properly”.

Well lets get serious, strong support to start with don’t pull too hard you still want circulation to those ‘tutsies’. Rock solid base perfect foot positing to get you toes just over the cleat clip in spot, this gives you exceptional power down the leg. The boot narrows a bit for my feet this might be intentional as I quite like it now my foot will actually move a lot less, this might even cause a lessening of the ‘hard skin’ because I’m not always sliding around the inside of my shoes anymore.

You got to get some good pedals with these - I’ve just spent all night reviewing the best and worse of shimanos my favourite brand so check those out for what not to get and take your pick from the rest. I’d suggest small pedals no fancy solid skirt or thick cleat points keep it simple in this case, you don’t need foot support in these shoes once your ‘cleated in’ your in and your part of the bike (become one with the bike Daniel son let it control your movement in …(wasent that a karate kid or maybe turtles) any way they ‘it’ was bang on).

Things to do - you normally buy these in summer everybody does ! - just remember that big black thing with the sticky out bits labelled:

“do not put me in that place that’s really obvious because when it comes to winter you’ll never find me”

its the key for the studs and we love studs when the muk’s 6 inch deep so please don’t loose it….

Bad news… there not 100% water tight …. Good news your feet breath and don’t do that strange white colour thing - you know on cold days !!

Anyway I conclude for this evening -

Eatcha -

Riding is for the few what God is to the many “a religion” and don’t you forget it !

Nice Op! I've been thinking about getting a new pair of silly off-road shoes for quite some time, especially something with studs. It's embarassing enough falling off the bike, but falling over when you're on your feet is quite another thing!
