I've been mountain biking for many years now and over time I've tried a wide array of braking systems on my various bikes. I was always a huge fan of Avid's braking products and had test ridden a number of bikes with their Juicy discs on before deciding on the right bike for me and taking the plunge into speccing my own custom build. The bike was to be a Yeti 575 and the brake choice came down to the Hope Mono minis (as fitted to my Orange), Avid Juicys and the Shimano XT. I chose Shimano for various reasons and the following review will hopefully outline why I took this course of action over the much hyped Hope and Avids. Review of Shimano XT Disc Brake System

A good Disney family film (Bolt Blu-ray disc)

Advantages: Rhino, Blu-ray and DVD with Rhino toy, good family watch
Disadvantages: Similar to other animated films

***Introduction*** Bolt is the latest movie made by Disney and so I decided to recently purchase this movie and see what all the fuss was about. This version was only a couple of quid more than the normal DVD and I purchased mine from TheHut (which I have reviewed very recently) and this includes the Blu-ray disc with special features, the film on DVD as well which is worth over £10 and a Rhino soft toy! (the excellent and very funny hamster in the movie) So I obviously decided to buy the Blu-ray! ***Plot*** Bolt and his owner Penny are the stars of a massive TV show with Bolt being the main character. Bolt out of the blue

Advantages: Nice family film
Disadvantages: None

Synopsis Bolt is an action hero, given super powers as a youngster, he now helps his companion Penny to find her father; you was kidnapped by The Green Eyed Man. Oh yes, Bolt is a dog and the star of a top TV show, the only problem is Bolt thinks the TV show is reality, having never been off the studio set. So when Bolt accidentally gets packaged into a box and posted across the country, just after filming a two part cliff hanger in which Penny gets captured, Bolt believes he?s the only one who can save her.
