Advantages: Great for all ages and handicaps Disadvantages: don't get a sand iron
Well, last year a set of Slingshot irons were selling at around £399 for a 3 iron to Pitch wedge. I bought my son a set of these from American Golf. The irons are very well made and have lovely grips. each iron has a little 'bridge' over the cavity and make a 'swoosh' when you swing them, its a great sound, and I can see why they are called Slingshot. previous to the Slingshot irons my son had Macgregor DX and the Nike were a very good buy. My son's handicap came down 4 shots within a month and he does hit these irons straight and long, there is so much confidence in each iron, right down to the 3. I don't have my 3 or 4 iron in my bag but my son who is 16 really does hit them well. The only downfall is that there isn't a sand iron in the set, and it would have made better sense to add a sand and taken away the 3, as most people don ...
Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.
can do wrong when using this machine its pretty self explanatory. The model i ordered came with arm straps as well, so if you want to exercise your arms quite a bit make sure you check before you buy as some retailers do not provide straps.

Overall, i am very pleased with this machine, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to tone their body up, or even lose weight. I have all my family using it now, who's ages range from 21-61. This machine will not keep you fit, like going to the gym, but it will keep you nicely toned and can help you lose weight.

i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say.
the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy ...
