Advantages: Local, good for hard workers Disadvantages: VERY Dirty, rude staff, over crowded
...I used to love this gym when I first joined over 5 yrs ago. There is a very high turn over of staff, very rude, never saying sweet FA, well only when they felt like it.
Met some nice people there but it's best to go in the morning otherwise it could seem like a pick up joint. The seam/sauna area needs the cam there because someone had a nice poo in the jacuzzi. maybe because they was angry about the service they was getting. After I found out I never went back after writing to head office and that was a waste of time. Don't bother!!! esp with whose Meat head managers. If you still want to go there is other local gyms near by. OH yes I've found men shaving in the sauna countless times leaving used blades! empy beer cans...
Also one female member of staff go punched in the face because she was full of attitude. Her 2 brothers used...

Advantages: Huge catalogue and excellent prices Disadvantages: Poor picture quality of the catalogue
...I cam across Hingleys a couple of years ago, after a very unfortunate day just before a 500ish entry match in Somerset. I had £1400 worth of rods and poles stolen from the back of the car. Luckily, they were insured, and after looking for a big store that could totally kit me out again with my new stuff, I came to Hingleys.

I even found at hingleys that they were very willing (and maybe I shouldn't say this) to make the most of my claim (if you know what I mean - good for them and good for me). Their quote was the best that I received. Better even than some of the more well known stores such as Bennets (who are also good).
Since then I've used them on a number of occasions. Obviously, living in Cornwall (with the shop being in the West...

Advantages: Long Lasting, Variety of colours, not too expensive Disadvantages: Colours can fade
...legs so I have to use boots each time she is ridden. I think that these boots lasted really well. I had to replace the back boots after about 2 and a half years as the PVC protection on one of them had been worn away. The front boots are still in perfect condition except the colour has faded quite a bit.
I have tried other boots but I think that these ones are much easier to use and more durable. Once the boots have been worn a few times, they mould to the horses leg and fit much better. The boots are easy to clean but may take a while to dry as they are made of neoprene. They are also quite cheap. If you buy online or from a catalogue like CAM Equestrian or Robinsons country Leisure, they are about £15-£18 per pair which is a really good price. Also there is a huge selection of colours so most of the time you can get what you want.
I...
