Burton feather Advantages: Great for beginners/progressing rider Disadvantages: None! This board was my first ever non rental and is an excellent great value all mountain snowboard. I learned to snowboard whilst on holiday in Bulgaria (a whole different story!) I did a learn to snowboard package holiday, where all equipment and lift pass were included in the price. Bulgarian ski school was not the best but the holiday was very cheap. They gave us any old size board they could find and sent you to the slopes. The feather is designed ... ...soft flex and tapered shape to allow for a very smooth ride . Edge to edge transitions are very smooth and turning effortless. A perfect board choice for progression. The first time I used this board the difference it made to my riding compared to using rental boards was spectacular. Excellent Board! Advantages: Great all mountain board, durable, reliable, etc. Disadvantages: None that I've experienced! ...great service and reliability that Ride offers with all their products makes for a great purchase for anyone. Although I haven't been able to use it too much in powder conditions, seeing that I live in North Carolina, where hardly any natural snow falls, I'm sure that the board would be just fine in powder conditions. All in all, this board is the best board I have owned and even ridden and it works fine in any conditions, anywhere on the mountain ... You have to pay for the best Advantages: Sharp stiff edge; very leight weight; life-time guarantee Disadvantages: Pricey The Burton T6 snowboard comes at a premium; but to get the absolute best on-piste riding board there is then you have to pay for it.... The T6 is without doubt the best on piste board board I have ever ridden and it aint half bad in powder either The moment you take the board on its first run down the piste you will instantly feel more confident with it, you will find yourself pushing yourself harder and harder and when you think you have pushed ... ...turns and deliver you to the bottom of the mountain. Good all round board Advantages: Good every day riding board; great value Disadvantages: Board lacks pop, it needs to be a little stiffer on the ends The Burton blunt is designed to be a mid-range free-stlye board which can be used for a bit of on piste riding as well. I find the board to be a good all round performer for free-style riding and on piste especially for such a cheap board - for the price this board is remarkable.
