I was watching a few International matches before last years World Cup, and one of the teams that really caught my eye were Spain. They were playing free flowing, attacking football, that really was a joy to watch.

The Spanish football shirt is very good looking, so I decided that I would like it for the World Cup, so I could wear it when they were playing, (as long as England weren't playing the same day)! I didn't really want to pay full price for it, so I ordered it from EBay from about a tenner. It did take a while to arrive, but I got it in time for the World Cup!

DESIGN
The Spanish shirt is sponsored by Adidas, so it uses the design that all Adidas shirts have. The main idea of the design of the shirt is vents, vents and more vents! There is a large vent on the front and the back of the neck area. Then there is a strip of vent going down the front of each sleeve, then another strip of vent going down each side of the shirt, on the front and the back.

The number is on the front of the shirt, in the top right corner, there is the Spanish crest in the top left corner of the shirt, and you have the name and number on the back of the shirt. The Adidas logo on the shirt is in the middle of the front of the shirt, near the top.

There is that strange shape that Adidas put on all their shirts now, on the end of the left sleeve.

Adidas have also put their three-stripe tradition on the shirt. On each sleeve, there are three straight stripes that run nearly all the way down the sleeves.

There are stripes going all the way down the front and back of the shirt. But they aren't thick stripes like on the Newcastle shirt, or any other shirt like that. They are very thin, pin stripe lines. From distance, you probably wouldn't be able to see them, but close up, they are quite easy to see. The strips make the shirt look very classy and stylish.

There is also a yellow trim that runs around the edges on the front of the shirt, again this makes the shirt look very stylish!

COLOUR
The main colour of the shirt is red. Nearly all of the shirt is one shade of red or another. The vented areas on the shirt are a darker shade of red compared to the rest of the red on the shirt. This makes the vents stand out the tiniest bit.
The next main colour is yellow. The trim on the shirt, and the yellow pin stripes are yellow, as are the Adidas logo on the front, and the number on the front. The three stripes on the sleeves are yellow, and so is the name and number on the back of the shirt. Overall the red and yellow colours compliment each other very well, and make the shirt look very nice.

NUMBERS
The numbers on the front and back of the shirt again use Adidas' own style. Instead of just having the number printed on the shirt as one single piece of material, the number is made up of four pieces of the material. There are all curved, instead of been straight numbers. The curved numbers, made up of different pieces of the number material, makes the shirt look very nice!!

COMFORT
The shirt is very comfortable to wear. If it is a very hot day, the vents will allow air in to keep you cool, and if it is cold, the vents won't let the cold air in. The shirt, as with most Adidas clothes, contains the ClimaCool technology.

CLIMACOOL
The ClimaCool technology keeps the body cool under all conditions. It conducts heat and sweat away from the body. The ClimaCool technology is placed in the parts of the shirt where it gets hottest, so that the shirt can keep you as cool as you can be!

ANY BAD PARTS?
I can't think of any bad parts of the shirt, there really isn't anything wrong with it. Maybe in time the lettering or numbers on the shirt may peel off, but it will probably take a while.

BEST PART OF THE SHIRT
I think that best part of the shirt would have to be it's great looks. It really is a fantastic looking shirt, and it is very stylish indeed!

PRICE
You can buy it for about £30.00 off a lot of official websites. It will be more expensive if you get the long sleeve version, but you can get both the short and long sleeve version cheaper if you get it off a website such as EBay.

OVERALL
Overall I think that the Spanish home shirt is a fantastic shirt! It combines great comfort with great looks. It is a great football shirt to wear, if you are a club football supporter, or an International football supporter, you can be sure that you look very cool in your Spanish home shirt!!
