Recently, I bought a speedo latex cap which is very tight and though secure, hurts my head. Being slippery, it also tends to slip off while you are swimming. The troublesome part is that you have to wash it with cold water and thoroughly rise it to wash off all chlorine immediately after a swim to prevent it from deteriorating and then dry it with talc powder to ensure dryness.

I still prefer my worn out swimming cap (made of cloth material) rather than latex. At least it shapes according to my head shape than grip it like the latex one.
