If you want an easy at home way to shift some pounds this is it!!! The lateral thigh trainer is compact and convienient to use. I found it easy to motivate myself to use it as I didn't have to leave the house, and could use it while watching tv or a dvd. Before I start describing the wonders and blunders of the v fit mini stepper I'd like to explain why I opted for this style of home gym equipment.
