Advantages: Really exhillarating, lots of fun, different scenarios and safe, great for groups Disadvantages: Paintballs are VERY expensive and you use them up to easily
...Paintballing is very fun! Delta Force is very good!
Delta force give you all the equipment when you enter; overalls, full head masks, hoppers (to store paintballs) but they don't give you the actual gun until you are in THE ZONE.
My friends and I have been going to delta force for the past three years and they have never let us down. They provide you with all the safety gear and give you a briefing.
When you first enter THE ZONE they give you your gun and give you a brief description of the scenario. All the scenarios are amazing with bridges, barracades and even castles and tanks in some. Its so fun to play even if you do get hit !! The one problem probably is being trigger happy. You realize your out of the ever so expensive paintballs in the second out of 12 zones.
IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GO IT MAY BE PAINFUL AT TIMES FOR YOU...

Advantages: In good positions in the country and friendly staff Disadvantages: Skirmish Paintball seem to have better sturctured games
...Delta Force Paintball are clearly one of the few big paintball organisations in the UK, but their agressive pricing structure to get you through the door is a bit of a misleading piece of marketing.
Who in their right mind is going to think that paintballing is going to be a really cheap day out ? Yet, Delta Force try to encourage such thinking !! Compare a days paintballing to any other extreme fun day out and the REAL prices are comparable. There is the game scenarios which are clearly expensive to build, the health and safety issues, staffing and training, the equipment and rental of the land in most cases.
As for outright gameplay.... they are good... but no cigar !!! The level of investment in the playing scenarios just isn't as good as their larger competitor Skirmish Paintball who really add something extra...

Advantages: FRESH AIR Disadvantages: MUD MUD AND NO FOOD IN SIGHT
...Delta Force - Zuluwood.
We bought a VIP ticket from a woman saying it was the cheapest way to go paintballing. Me and 6 other people went and between us we spent over £300. It was very very expensive. We went early February, probably not the best time to go but our first problem was parking on the bog of a car park. I only have a Corsa and it is not designed for driving through 2 feet of mud and slutch. Everywhere was just mud and water, even in the bits that were not in the "game zones" Could they not afford a few flags for people to get out of the mud or at least a better car park so people don't have to navigate swamp like holes. In one scenario the gun failed and one of the marshalls sent me to the other marshall who sent me back to the original marshall. By the time I got the gun fixed the 100 balls I had put in had...

I picked up my Saitek Cyborg Evo Joystick for 50p down at the local car boot sale. Good condition, all the buttons, clean, good as new, literally. At first, I thought "this isn't going to work, 50p? This costs around £49 brand new!" but how wrong I... more
