Footjoy AQL Golf Shoes

Advantages: Look nice,
Disadvantages: Only lasted 5 rounds of golf.

Purchased a pair of these golf shoes three weeks ago on th 29-Sept-2009.Whn they arrived the looked super and just what I wanted smart wee bit flash and Footjoy.After one round of golf they look like my old ones with the white leather across they front creasing badly.I tried puting leather protector on as footjoy said I should,all this has done no good today after five rounds of golf they are starting to split along the bottom.They are now on there way back to the shop who supplied them.(the shop is superb and it is not there fault).In summary there are plenty of very good golf shoes out there unfortunately The Footjoy AQL does not appear to be the best.I do have three other pairs of footjoy shoes which have served me well so this may be just a one off. ...

Clarks The Specialist Shoe Misfitters...

Advantages: Good range of sizes
Disadvantages: Quality of fitters varies, style sizes very liited

I have four kids (6 and under) and consider the shoes they wear to be very important. They need to be comfortable, fit well, and suited to the activities they are undertaking! The only local shoefitters we have in our area are Clarks. I was taken there as a child and beleived them to be very good. My eldest has very wide feet (an H) and big feet for his age. Unfortunately this meant that when the assistant asked which styles he prefered, he could never actually fit any he liked. Out of perhaps 15 pairs of shoes that were his size range, only one style came in his width. Invariably this was the shoe that he took a violent dislike to and had a tantrum in the shop. On occasion the assistant fitted him in a larger size with narrower width (a G) and this made him happier but the (£34) shoes would fit for a shorter period of time. My ...

Review of Clarks Shoes (Shop)

Walk easy with Clarks Shoes

Advantages: plenty room to move around the shop and you see more
Disadvantages: none

I have been using Clarks Shoes for a long time,and i feel they are very comfortable,and soft and easy on my feet.The quality of the shoes in Clarks Shop is very good and the leather lasts a long time.I get alot of wear from my shoes in Clarks.The shop as all differant shoes sizes and styles and colours.They also have cleaning things to keep the leather shoes clean and crisp.I feel the staff in Clarks Shoe Shops are very polite and help you to sit comfortable and get your size and styles for you to try on and they measure your feet to the correct size no getting tight shoes in Clarks Shoe Shops.And the staff have lots of patients with the children in the shop. ...
