...The slendertone flex is a fantastic idea, tone your muscles whilst relaxing or watching TV, Iuse it whilst jogging and it's brilliant after one week my Abs are alot firmer, but this product should not be relied on for losing weight, this is the area in which it was not made for! It will not make you lose weight but it will tone your stomach, it is a little over priced in my view but if i had the choice today i would still have bought it, The lsender tone is a little hungry on the batteries and they need replacing after a short hile but i managed to get alot of work out of it, It is not just the batteries which need replacing, the pads which it comes with are about ten punds for a set and they lose there stickyness fairly quickly, but this product does exactly what it is supposed to, it is very effective in what it does!... ...The Middle burn Rs7 Cranks have been around for years now because there is nothing better on the market. 4 Years ago I bought a set to go on my pashley trials bike. I had been ridding for 3 years, and needed something that could keep up I had bent a pair of cheap cranks then replaced them with some FSA cranks I then Proceeded to smash them against every thing until also bent. Then they had to be grinded of my bike as they would not come off the bottom bracket. So I decided to invest in a set of Middle burn cranks I had seen at the bike show. At the time they set me back £180 with a bash ring and 22 Tooth chain ring. I put them on straight away unlike other cranks the bash ring is fixed to the crank via a large nut that attaches to the thread of the crank, this means there is no week point and the crank is almost one piece making... ...The Slendertone flex is the latest in slendertone's range of faradic exercisers. The one I have is for the abdominals although they also now have a flex for the bum and thighs which you wear like a pair of shorts. The tummy one is great. I have had 5 children and a bad back so the usual round of sit ups and crunches are no longer feasible for me. I have previously had the earlier ones with pads and trailing wires, but frankly they are a pain in the neck (should that be stomach!) to set up.Initially I was put off buying this product by the cost. Mine was £145 although I think they vary a bit. However, I watched a really good demo on QVC and that convinced me to spend the money!
