...rooms are divided by gender and you're free to strip off if you want - a big bonus if you've had a good workout. Classes - They run a vast array of classes, from spinning (an absolute killer where you have to rotate your legs at supersonic speed) to Pilates (keeping fit for posh people!). On any given day, expect around 12 classes, (although there are less at the weekend). Most of the classes are included in the membership price but some of the more exotic ones may cost extra. Periodically short courses will be run, including short tennis for children, how to manage your diet and so on (often with extra charges). Changing Rooms - Are large, mostly open plan, and single sex. Can get busy with a lot of children (at least in the women's section). Advantages: Easy, fun, great for all round fitness. Perfect for the novice and expert alike.
Disadvantages: Space and height needed for some exercises.

...So what is it??? It is a trampet / rebounder with gym quality specifications but with a home friendly pricetag! No sorry kids it is not a toy for playing on but a serious piece of exercise equipment… really! This is not the type of home exercise kit that will get put away in the spare room with the abs exerciser and so on… It is fun… and that is coming from someone who hates exercise! I love swimming, but of course you can't really do that at home, so I was looking for another low impact exercise that I could do. It needed to be fun, easy and to fit in with the rest of my life… I am not a gym junkie and never will be! All I can say is I am very glad that I was recommended a rebounder… I never knew exercise could be so much fun and so easy! Advantages: Quality frame and finishing kit
Disadvantages: BB and crankset could be better

...know but hard riding. Just look at it this way, the frame is 300 quid on its own, if you brake a mech or BB or crank, just upgrade. for an extra £150 pounds you can have a very tuff piece of kit, but only upgrade if it brakes. P.S very comfy bike for short legs with long Bodies like me!! Top bike for enthusiasts who dont have money to burn... Read review
