...I think that adidas trainers are the best here is why i think they are the best: They last a very long time They look new even when you have had them for ages They are not always expensive (only if you buy the one new in) They are very fashionable They look nice on both men and women They look nice with any trousers, skirt and shorts They never go out of fashion So if you are looking to buy a new pair of trainers then i recommend that you buy a pair of Adidas trainers they might be abit expensive but they will last you ages.... Advantages: Top class, excellent gym equipment, outdoor pool
Disadvantages: Prices, busy!

...were all computerised. they even had a trampelene, walking past in to the changing rooms where you will never be short of space, they are very large and the lockers are not small either. approximately 12 shower cubicles in the mens with complimentary soaps. Through to the pool and it is not small either, a jacuzzi next to a steam room, a shower and then a sauna, the jacuzzis great again fairly large and very comfortable, the steam room was not a steamy as i would have liked but once again it was large. the shower in the middle was powerfull and quick to temperature, and the sauna was great, big and warm, not to cramped. the outside pool has got to be the best part for me, it's always warm. and not only that but it has an outside jacuzzi which is great especially at night, there is an outside bar next to the pool for the summer which... ...Ive been to all the Fitness Firsts in Manchester but when I entered Moston my first impression was that I really liked the layout of this gym. The staff are friendly and very approachable and theres always somebody on hand to help. The classes are also very good, I particular enjoy the spinning class. It is also quite a big gym so even at busy times there is always a machine to use. There is a big free weights area which as usual is full of men all trying to beef up and lift more than their mates, but there is plenty of room and weights for everybody to share. There is also a decent steam and sauna which men and women seem to use in tandem. I would recommend this gym to everyone.... Read review
