...i found this club to be very accurate and forgiving ,but at the same time the y-grooves gave me amazing spin and feel , i would recomend this club to anyone that wants the most spin possible and has a goodish handicap as mine is 6 but i think anyone playing from 12 can hit this club to its full potential , the thing is that you must be concistant as the bounce of this club can cause inconsistancy and may cause some off hits that will send the ball off target and often resulting in shanks or a low spin ratio overall i think this club is pretty good for its value but the only down point is the need for good ball stiriking and a good trajectory

They are not inexperienced in the making of golfballs however, as they have been one of the leading manufacturers in the Far East since as far back as the 1930?s, when they made Dunlop, Slazenger, and Maxfli golfballs under licence.
Nowadays they are part of the Adidas/TaylorMade Group of companies, and their own brand Srixon golfballs are to be found wherever golf is played.

Advantages: Extra distance with the driver. Excellent control and spin. Well priced high performance golf ball for the average golfer. Disadvantages: Meaningless advertising.

Names like Slazenger, John Letters and Dunlop, and more recently TaylorMade, Callaway, and Nike are the manufacturers of clubs, balls and equipment that most modern-day golfers would readily associate with being market leaders in the golf world.
~ ~ So who are Srixon, and why are they now quickly establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the golf equipment market?
Well, they're a Japanese rubber company called Sumitomo Rubber Industries who have been manufacturing golfballs since way back in 1930, when they began producing Dunlop golfballs under licence in Japan. Thirty three years later, in 1963, they actually bought out Dunlop in the UK, and entered the golfball market worldwide.
