What makes Taylormade Nubbins a great putter is, its a well balanced putter, great to use and has a great feel. I don't know the science so i'm not going to try to explain but my Taylormade nubbins bls really works for me. Ive tried a few putters in my time, putters from MD Golf, Wilson Deep Red, and a Bronty but the Taylormade exceeds all of them. The face of the putter has a 'bobbly' like face made from a soft rubber that actually makes a great contact with the ball. i found that it is nicely balanced and makes the ball go straight if you make a good through contact. Initaially i had problems with the feel and made a few bad putts, sending the ball way past and often short, but after a few rounds i got a great feel of the putter and never really missed a putt more than 2 feet, I often only had 2 putts on a green (getting to the green was my problem). If i had to make any complaint i would say the face does mark easily during ther winter and little bits of dirt collects in between the bobbly bits. The grip is well made and fits nicely into the hand, i feel really comfortable with my Nubbins and i would genuinly reccomend one to anyone. You can purchase a Nubbins from anywhere really, but if you want a second hand one to try maybe go to Ebay where you can pick one up for around £20
Overall putting is very important getting that ball down the fairway seems easy but putting always causes trouble, try a Nubbins you won't be dissapointed
