have slight cosmetic imperfections, which does not effect the performance. If you're plagued by back pain or suffer from stress overload, consider the Teeter Hang Ups F7000 inversion table, which helps to counter the effects of too much time spent sitting, standing or moving repetitively. It's also a great way to add extra crunch to exercises like sit-ups. The Teeter Hang Ups F7000 rotates on a pivot system. With simple arm movements (rotation is accomplished by shifting the weight of the arms), the table easily rotates to any comfortable angle. The smooth rotation allows for oscillation and intermittent traction. Adjustable roller hinges allow you to pre-select three levels to control the aggressiveness of rotation, and the EZ Angle Tether Strap allows users to pre-set angle to 20, 40 or 60 degrees before inverting. Increase the traction and enhance your stretching experience by pushing on the EZ Stretch Traction Handles (sold separately). Comfortable ankleclamps hold you securely while inverting. Corner feet increase the A-frame base by 20 percent, reduce sliding on hard surfaces and protect floors. It's able to lock at full 90 degrees inversion (this is only possible when using the more aggressive roller hinge setting). While at 90 degrees, you can perform inverted sit-ups and squats. The table is self-controlled and can be unlocked with simple arm movements. Feature Detail: Removable, washable nylon mat with triple-stitched seams removes easily for cleaning Adjustable tether strap allows you to preset the tether strap for worry-free inversion to any angle Curved foam ankle clamps offer a unique design that allows for greater comfort and security while inverted Self-locking hinges secure the table bed to the A-frame for improved security and portability
Advantages: Relaxes and decompresses the spine and muscles Disadvantages: Takes up a lot of room
...and the jutting out bone in the back of my neck was flat. The drawback was that this was costing me £60 per week then after four months £60 per month.
Prior to attending this treatment I had been tempted to buy an inversiontable to see if it would help as the claim was that it helped to align your spine and took all the stress out of it aiding decompression and allowing your body to relax and revitalize. As usual I had an excuse for spending the £99.00 as I figured it was less than two sessions with the physio and would hopefully save me money by not having to attend sessions anymore. I bought it about a year ago and have not been back to the physiotherapist since. I cannot claim that this piece of kit cured my alignment I know that the physio did that but I do believe that using this to decompress my spine most evenings has prevented my pain from...

Advantages: Commercial quality table at an affordable price. Disadvantages: Assembly instructions and balls could be better.
...I recently bought a Garlando G500 table for use by all the family and have not been disappointed.
I know Garlando tables from playing on their coin-operated models at college and was worried that the freeplay models would not give the same playability. However, the G500 uses the same telescopic rods as the tables I was used to and has the same size playing are so the feel is very similar. It is also heavy enough not to move around during play by 4 big lads and the contruction is completely rigid and very solid.
Very few negatives other than a couple of the balls were a bit egg shaped although it came with 10 so 8 were fine !
The table was well delivered and was easy to set up although it did take some time to get the rods in the right order as the instructions were not very clear.
You can see the G500 for sale onlline at www.garlando.co.uk....

Advantages: Smooth rod action, Strong, Good finish, Professional Standard Football Table Disadvantages: Tricky to level on an unlevel floor
...I've always enjoyed table football - but only on fast, proper full size football tables. I even won a medal for goalie in a college tournament, so when a major birthday loomed a year last November I decided to try and get my own football table. I tried various web sites and the one that seemed to offer the best combination of specification and value for money was the Garlando G500 from Table Sports Ltd.
So I shelled out £285 plus £40 delivery on a Garlando G500 football table. It is like the one in "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and has excellent smooth action telescopic steel playing rods with nylon bushes and ball bearings and a full set of moulded players in red and blue. The main table is made out of solid 25mm heavy duty MDF with butchers block melamine surface, and box section steel legs. The playing surface is green plastic...
