have slight cosmetic imperfections, which does not effect the performance. If you're plagued by back pain or suffer from stress overload, consider the Teeter Hang Ups F7000 inversion table, which helps to counter the effects of too much time spent sitting, standing or moving repetitively. It's also a great way to add extra crunch to exercises like sit-ups. The Teeter Hang Ups F7000 rotates on a pivot system. With simple arm movements (rotation is accomplished by shifting the weight of the arms), the table easily rotates to any comfortable angle. The smooth rotation allows for oscillation and intermittent traction. Adjustable roller hinges allow you to pre-select three levels to control the aggressiveness of rotation, and the EZ Angle Tether Strap allows users to pre-set angle to 20, 40 or 60 degrees before inverting. Increase the traction and enhance your stretching experience by pushing on the EZ Stretch Traction Handles (sold separately). Comfortable ankle clamps hold you securely while inverting. Corner feet increase the A-frame base by 20 percent, reduce sliding on hard surfaces and protect floors. It's able to lock at full 90 degrees inversion (this is only possible when using themore aggressive roller hinge setting). While at 90 degrees, you can perform inverted sit-ups and squats. The table is self-controlled and can be unlocked with simple arm movements. Feature Detail: Removable, washable nylon mat with triple-stitched seams removes easily for cleaning Adjustable tether strap allows you to preset the tether strap for worry-free inversion to any angle Curved foam ankle clamps offer a unique design that allows for greater comfort and security while inverted Self-locking hinges secure the table bed to the A-frame for improved security and portability

...Tiny tots on a teeter totter.
I see tiny tots playing on a teeter totter most days at work as we have a little tikes teeter totter rocker in the nursery playground.
This outdoor toy is a very basic moulded plastic rocker. It is blue a long curved base that has a place at each end for seating there are two handles one by each of the seating areas. These handles are yellow plastic rods which have been pushed through a raised blue plastic lump . These are chunky easy for little hands to grasp and hold Another child can easily sit in the middle between the seats this toy measures 105cm L x 43cm W x 36cm H./ 41.50" x 17" x 14" The plastic curved base of the rocker has been moulded to look like a few waves. These are quite wide and are places for resting feet
On one end of the teeter totter there are eyes either side...

Advantages: Relaxes and decompresses the spine and muscles Disadvantages: Takes up a lot of room
...and the jutting out bone in the back of my neck was flat. The drawback was that this was costing me £60 per week then after four months £60 per month.
Prior to attending this treatment I had been tempted to buy an inversiontable to see if it would help as the claim was that it helped to align your spine and took all the stress out of it aiding decompression and allowing your body to relax and revitalize. As usual I had an excuse for spending the £99.00 as I figured it was less than two sessions with the physio and would hopefully save me money by not having to attend sessions anymore. I bought it about a year ago and have not been back to the physiotherapist since. Advantages: Unique design works well, quality pub food, reasonable prices. Disadvantages: Close proximity to motorway makes outdoor eating a no no for me, tiny loo's.

We decided to go to a place we knew pretty well, which was reliable and child friendly. Knowing it as it's former name, 'The Carrow House', and more recently 'The Border Gate' and part of the Brewers Fayre chain we headed off. Arriving, we where surprised to see it had been taken over again, and completely refurbished, now under the name '"TableTable'"
About TableTable
This isn't a chain I personally have ever come across before, indeed didn't realise it was actually part of the same company as Brewers Fayre.
Part of The Whitbread Chain, TableTable has a more up-market feel than it's sister chain Brewers Fayre.
Table...
